They really don't do a good job. Seriously, steer clear of them for your belongings.

My boxes showed up when they were supposed to. I packed everything up. They came and took them away. That’s pretty much where the good stuff ends.

Their email system was a mess and sent me packing instructions two weeks after they had already picked up my items. I ended up with a bunch of serial numbers for my boxes but no images, so I couldn't tell which was which.

Customer service took forever to respond. After a few weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to send my boxes back so I could check them again.

When the boxes came back, one was missing. I looked at my account and saw there was one less box than what I had sent them.

I’m working on getting this sorted out. No clue if they’ll manage to find the missing box. Luckily, it was something I could replace, but a lot of my stuff wasn’t - I had items from my wedding, plates from my grandma, and so on. What if they had lost those?

They provide wardrobe boxes, but they don’t handle or store them properly. When I opened the wardrobe box, half of the clothes were just piled on the floor. They had clearly been turned sideways (the boxes have an 'up' arrow on them).

I got a call right when my delivery was supposed to happen, and they informed me that they couldn't come through due to a shortage of drivers. Rather than working to fix the situation, they proposed we push it to next week. Moving is one of those things that needs to happen on time and can't just be shuffled around. The customer service team didn’t lift a finger to help with the problem. Seriously, do yourself a solid and choose a different company.

This is a really handy storage option for students like myself who are transitioning out of dorm life. Boxbee handles the pickups and drop-offs straight to my dorm. I really appreciate the referral codes since they allowed me to save some cash on the storage costs. I’d totally give it a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone looking to avoid the heavy lifting, paying based on how much you have, and the trouble of hauling your belongings to a distant storage place.

Signing up and ordering boxes was a piece of cake. They managed to fit in the Saturday pickup I required because of my job, and the support crew was quick to respond. I was relocating but leaving my furniture behind, and Boxbee was an excellent option to handle the transition between my old and new places.

The online booking system runs smoothly without any issues (like those annoying "Oops, that time was already booked!" emails you sometimes get from other companies). Each time they came by, I wasn't home, but they always texted me ahead of time. I provided them with the door code and instructions, and they followed through perfectly (like picking up eight full boxes and dropping off four empty ones). The boxes are made of tough plastic and are specifically designed for Boxbee's brand (not just some stickers).

To be honest, I haven't picked up my items yet. But every interaction I've had up to now has shown me that this is a very professional service.

I was shocked to find a way to stash a box without all the typical headaches. I registered, got straightforward directions for what to do next, and in less than a day, a friendly delivery guy showed up to take my box to a secure spot. For just a small monthly fee and a reasonable retrieval charge...I’m free from the stress of keeping something I can’t deal with at the moment. Boxbee has really lightened my load and opened up my space.

The boxes were delivered right on schedule, and uploading everything to the site was a breeze. They also collected the boxes promptly. One thing I’d recommend is adding some extra tie closures for the boxes; that would be super helpful. If you had to reopen a box you had already sealed, it was kinda tricky.

I really dislike moving, but dealing with a storage unit is even worse. Without a car, I find it tough to keep my things safe when I'm in between places or when some items just won't fit in my apartment. Boxbee is exactly what I've been looking for. They come and grab my items, store them away, and deliver specific boxes to my place whenever I need something from them. Plus, I can check out pictures and detailed info about what's in each box on Boxbee.com, so I always know which one to ask for when I want to get something back.

This service is fantastic. Totally recommend it.

Boxbee is fantastic. We genuinely utilize it and suggest it to our hosts when they’re putting their space up on Airbnb. If you’ve got some pictures, an iPad, or other items you don’t want cluttering your home while you have guests, just toss everything into a Boxbee box and arrange for it to be returned when you get back. Super simple.

Boxbee is awesome for keeping stuff you don’t need all the time. I stash my scuba equipment and car stuff in it since I don’t require them throughout the year. Plus, I’d totally suggest Boxbee for transporting items around town. It’s super convenient to have your belongings collected from one spot and delivered to another.

Boxbee is super quick to respond and even said sorry when it was actually my mistake for missing their first delivery. My closet was packed with all sorts of camping stuff and ski gear that I hardly used, but now I can grab them whenever I want. Really great service!

Boxbee has tackled a ton of my storage problems - I can now keep my bike safe in winter, grab my holiday decorations whenever I want, and avoid the hassle of trekking to my storage unit.
